Our aim is to ensure all our visitors have a memorable stay with us and as such we have a few simple do's and dont's in the interest of all visitors - if you do experience any problems please do not hesitate to contact Ellen and Stan Arrivals - on arrival please contact us at the farm house so we can guide you to your allocated pitch - we book all our pitches in advance but we will try to meet your preferences when you book or on arrival if we are not full Payment - full payment / balance on arrival - no refunds for early departure Pitch Protection - to ensure our pitches don't deteriorate ground sheets must be the breathable type or lifted daily, BBQ's must be raised off the ground - bricks are available on request Fires - in the interests of safety STRICTLY NO FIRES OR FIREWORKS Dogs - we are in a rural / farming area and all dogs must be kept on a short lead at all times, they must be exercised off the site, under no circumstances must they be left unattended in tents or caravans. Any dog fouling on the site or in the lane must be cleared up immediately and put in the bins provided. Finally excessive barking can spoil the pleasure of other visitors so we request you control your pet Games - due to overhead power cables the flying of kites is strictly prohibited - any other games should show due consideration for other site users Noise - radio's, Tv's should not be played too loud particularly late at night - visitors are asked to consider their neigbours on the site and not cause a noise nuisance Waste - please use the bins supplied for all your litter and waste - you would be amazed what we find in the hedges !!! Admission - we reserve the right to refuse admission to the site of any person or vehicle Liability - we do not accept any liability of any description for any person or property using the site - all visitors must have their own insurance cover Booking - another reminder that to make a reservation please first book by telephone on 01248 410414 and then complete and send off the booking form We have tried to keep our rules to a minimum and trust that visitors will observe them whilst at Few Uchaf so that everyone can have a memorable stay with us - however we will if necessary ask visitors to leave if they can't abide by these few rules and disturb the majority of our visitors |
